After sustaining a horrific, life altering back injury that forced her to sit idol for 6 months, Autumn began to deal with depression… She stated that not only did the injury sideline her, but she felt like it caused her to lose her identity.
But that back injury did more than just cause Autumn to rest for 6 months. It become the reason she has branch out and has built a successful life coaching business that caters to first responders.
